Winter Fair

It’s always a fantastic event so please come along and support our Heber community. Lots more to follow on this, but in the meantime, can you keep the following aside for us (we'll be collecting them soon):
Jolly Jam Jars: Your jam jars with lids, filled with sweets and left over party bag toys. There are bound to be a few sweets left over from Halloween.
For the nearly new, book stall and tombola: good quality bric a brac, childrens toys, homewares and unwanted gifts. We would also welcome home made goodies (jams, chutneys etc) and crafts. I

Christmas Carols

Our new music teacher, Mr Riley, has a great line up planned for the children, staff and parents. The P&F will be serving up some little festive treats. This year, for something different, it will be in the school hall - please come along so we can all 'Deck the Halls' in our newly refurbished space that the P&F helped pay for! Guaranteed to be a great way to get into the Christmas spirit. If you can help on the day (we desperately need some volunteers) then please email news@heberparents.org.

Parents' Disco

Refrain at your peril - there is no other topic of conversation in the school playground for days if not weeks after ! If you have ever been before, come along, it's always a top night and you are guaranteed to meet some new people.
This year there is a nod to Britpop so take a trip down memory lane to blur, oasis, pulp, stone roses etc. Of course there will also be the usual crowd pleasers for those of you with different musical tastes to get you all on the dance floor.

Tickets available from the office or your class rep.

Quiz Night

The Quiz Night is a really popular fun night for parents and carers, with a flowing bar, and delicious food served half way through the night. Tickets are £3 in advance. Food is an optional £6 on the night, but should not be missed!

Tickets can be bought in advance or on the night but we are encouraging pre sales as much as possible to help plan catering/seating etc, and of course get the buzz going! Last year we had a big turn out across all years, including a team of teachers and a team of TA's, it was a fantastic Heber community night.

Hope to see you there!

Emma Buluraux emma.burluraux@virgin.net is lead organiser, so please get in touch if you would like to help with the Quiz Night.
